DIGITAL DIAGNOSTIC COMPLEX
The complex is a mobile hospital that provides on-site instrumental diagnostics using portable devices (X-ray, ultrasound, mammograph, ECG, ophthalmological device), as well as laboratory tests.
The complex allows rapid testing for a wide range of communicable and non-communicable diseases. The complex collects all the necessary information about the patient and sends it to doctors to obtain an expert opinion.

The complex may be in demand in foreign countries, especially those characterized by the geographical remoteness of cities and small towns, which may often lack medical facilities.

MOBILE LABORATORY COMPLEXES FOR RAPID ANALYSIS OF MEDICINES
Mobile laboratories are widely used by the Federal State Budgetary Institution «Information and Methodological Center for the Examination, Accounting and Analysis of the circulation of Medical Products» of the Federal Service for Supervision of Healthcare (hereinafter referred to as the Federal State Budgetary Institution «IMCEUAOSMP» of Roszdravnadzor) to screen the quality of medicines by non-destructive testing methods in order to identify counterfeit or substandard medicines. Mobile laboratories are equipped on the basis of any cargo and passenger van by re-equipping it in accordance with the unified requirements of the Federal State Budgetary Institution «IMCEUAOSMP» of Roszdravnadzor and retrofitting with analytical equipment for:
Spectroscopy in the near infrared range (the main purpose is screening the quality of solid dosage forms (tablets, capsules, pharmaceutical substances));
Raman spectroscopy (the main purpose is screening the quality of liquid and solid dosage forms, including pharmaceutical substances, and quantitative analysis of aqueous solutions (injectable, infusion drugs));
Gas chromatography (the main purpose is qualitative and quantitative analysis of medical gases, in particular, medical oxygen).
Given the high specificity of spectral models, the development of the initial library of spectra should be carried out for each market, taking into account the medicines in circulation in this market.
FSBI «IMCEUAOSMP» of Roszdravnadzor is ready to provide methodological assistance on this issue.
In addition, FSBI «IMCEUAOSMP» of Roszdravnadzor expresses its readiness, if necessary, to conduct training for representatives of foreign regulatory authorities and expert organizations on the organization of mobile complexes for express quality control of medicines.
